Job Opportunity: Digital Happiness Designer

We are on the lookout for a UX Researcher who can change the outlook of digital products to suit users' needs.

Research Understanding

  • Conduct and evaluate primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research methods for apps and websites.
  • Use user interviews, usability tests, and qualitative and quantitative domain research focused on digital products.
  • Understand demographics, market trends, and competition within the mobile and web space.
  • Find and utilize effective tools to document progress.
  • Figma is one of your go-to design tools.

Social Skills

  • Be a people's person and communicate clearly with stakeholders, team members, and users.
  • Articulate complex ideas persuasively when researching.

Qualifications

  • Specialization in UX research or related background.
  • Industry experience in planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, competition analysis, UX audits, or persona creation.
  • Minimum 6 months of full-time experience (strong internship experience in ux research can also be considered).
