Job Description:

As a skilled Freelance Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and maintaining the visual brand guidelines of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design daily social media posts for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain and evolve our social brand guidelines, typography, color palette, iconography, and illustration style
  • Conceptualize and create clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes that are easy to grasp and fun to share
  • Develop motion graphics and edit simple reels when needed
  • Iterate based on performance metrics with rapid A/B tests

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in social design for consumer brands or media (finance/fintech is an asset)
  • A strong portfolio of Instagram-first work, including carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, and data illustrations
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion
  • Comfort with data visualization, turning numbers into clean and digestible graphics
  • Fluency in English, with working knowledge of Hinglish tone for culturally relevant posts
