About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Discovery: Gather basic information from leads, such as date, group size, location, and preferred experience, and shortlist 2-3 matching options.">
- Follow-ups: Send concise WhatsApp summaries, payment links, and gentle reminders to leads.">
- Pipeline Hygiene: Ensure every lead has a clear next action and timestamp.">
- Post-Booking Assist: Share confirmations, answer FAQs, and collect feedback and testimonials.">
Requirements

- Strong written and spoken English skills.">
- Friendly phone/WhatsApp presence, quick typing, and clean formatting.">
- Basic Google Sheets skills and comfort with checklists and templates.">
- High ownership and reliability.">

- Familiarity with Instagram/Meta lead forms or WhatsApp Business.">
