Operations Associate Role Summary

We are seeking an Operations Associate to lead our team in a role that involves conversions, customer interaction, market expertise, follow-up, collaboration, and data management.

This position will play a critical part in driving the growth of our platform by delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance benchmarks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion:
    • Engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  • Market Expertise:
    • Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  • Follow-Up:
    • Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  • Data Management:
    • Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement:
    • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
  • Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.
