Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Varenyam Placements Pvt. Ltd. As a key member of our financial technology products team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

- Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create robust and user-friendly solutions.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Front-End Development:

- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implement best practices for web development, including code reviews and testing.

Back-End Development:

- Design and implement robust and scalable server-side logic using languages such as Java, Spring boot & Microservices.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Ensure data integrity and security through effective database design and management (MS SQL, SQL, NoSQL).

DevOps and Deployment:

- Automate deployment pipelines and ensure continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and optimize performance and cost. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support.

- Participate in code reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience : 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.

- Proven experience in fintech or financial services is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) & PWA.

- Strong back-end development skills in Java, Spring boot & Microservices.

- Experience with database design and management: SQL (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Understanding of security best practices and data protection regulations.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Self-motivated and proactive in driving projects to completion.
