Robotics Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Teacher to join our team of educators.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering hands-on Robotics and STEM lessons using various kits and platforms. This will involve integrating 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication into classroom activities.

In addition, the teacher will be expected to teach fundamentals of coding and programming using tools like Scratch, Python, Blockly, etc. They will also guide students in design thinking and project-based learning aligned with CBSE curriculum and ATL initiatives.

Other responsibilities include encouraging participation in STEM competitions, exhibitions, and science fairs at intra/inter-school, district, and national levels. The teacher will also be required to develop and maintain lab equipment and inventory, ensure safety protocols in the lab, and collaborate with other faculty members to integrate STEM concepts across subjects.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is essential, with B.Ed. preferred. Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Robotics/STEM is also required. Certification in robotics, coding, or STEM education is a plus, as well as proficiency in coding languages/tools.
