Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification: Desired for this role
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Essential for success in this position
  • Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering: A strong understanding of these skills is required
  • Business Analysis and Workflow Management: 3-6 years of experience, preferably on large and complex projects
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Strong skills required
  • Document Development and Presentation: Experience in developing business requirements, instructional documentation, and presentations
  • Workshop Facilitation: Ability to facilitate workshops and focus groups
  • Microsoft Office and Visio Proficiency: High level of competence required

  • Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for escalations, quality, and efficiency issues
  • Document process and workflows, develop clear process maps, and business requirements
  • Ensure SOPs are reviewed per agreed frequency
  • Help create and maintain a self-service knowledge base
  • Develop tools and methods to track and report relevant KPIs
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement trainings and workshops
