A highly skilled professional is sought after to fill the position of Performance Tester, driving success through high-quality work and dedication.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis using industry-leading tools such as Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Grafana. Excellent reporting skills are required to effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
- JMeter expertise for multiple protocols, including API and web Http/HTML, is essential.
- Hands-on experience with debugging performance scripts, identifying bottlenecks, and interacting with various stakeholders is crucial.
- Proficiency in SAR, vmstat, iostat, netstat, perfmon, and other related tools is necessary.
- Strong analytical skills and good communication are required to lead a team of performance testers and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with planning, strategizing to meet performance goals, and executing performance testing scripts using JMeter is necessary.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing process audits, performing periodic assessments, scheduling test reviews, and participating in walkthroughs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meet project deliverables and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute performance testing strategies.
- Identify and report on performance bottlenecks.
- Provide expert advice on performance testing best practices.
Requirements
Required qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis, as well as excellent reporting skills and strong analytical skills.
