Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the delivery of high-end commercial interior fit-out projects. As Fit-Out Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to execute project goals on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring seamless execution from design coordination to client handover.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE, and building codes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-15 years of experience in managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, preferably in high-value or GCC-related assignments.
  • Prior leadership experience in on-site teams and contractors is highly desirable.
