About the RoleThis is a core, high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, iteration, and mission-driven design. You will be working closely with our founder's office and AI leaders to build the world's most secure communication platform.
- Lead UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards.
- Build and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.
- Design for both B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators).
- Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CC.
- Champion performance, accessibility, and trust in every pixel.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- ~6–10 years in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS).
- ~ Shipped both B2C products (consumer apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco/banking systems).
- ~ Experience designing complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech tools.
- Bonus: Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with our founder's office and AI leaders, shape the experience of 100M+ users across continents, and redesign from scratch with agency-grade design support and full product ownership.
