Job Description:

As a Chartered Accountant (CA), you will oversee RERA compliances, financial reporting, audits, and statutory obligations for real estate developers.

  • You will manage and oversee RERA compliances, including CA Certifications Form 3 & Form 5.
  • You will ensure accurate financial statements, reports/MIS, and books of accounts up to audit closure, complying with RERA guidelines.
  • You will assist developers in understanding and fulfilling RERA financial obligations.
  • You will monitor project accounts and verify the proper utilization of funds as per RERA norms.
  • You will manage client compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax (IT), PT, ESIC, ROC, etc.
  • You will conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • You will ensure adherence to statutory laws, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
  • You will oversee budget preparation and expenditure tracking, ensuring variance analysis.
  • You will maintain strong relationships with statutory authorities, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • You will guide and manage junior team members involved in financial operations and RERA compliance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong accounting foundational skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
