Technical Lead for RF Board Development

As a seasoned RF board designer, you will lead the development of cutting-edge RF board designs with a strong focus on tuning and debugging. You will utilize industry-leading EDA tools such as ADS, HFSS, and AWR to deliver high-performance RF boards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that system-level architecture meets stringent requirements. Your expertise in RF front-end design, tuning, and debugging will be crucial in delivering WiFi applications that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF front-end boards for WiFi applications
  • Tune and debug RF circuitry using bench-level testing and simulation
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate RF designs into larger systems
  • Develop and maintain schematics, layouts, and bill of materials
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in RF board design, tuning, and debugging, preferably in WiFi domain
  • Strong knowledge of EDA tools, including ADS, HFSS, and AWR
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
