Job Title: Principal Design Engineer - Memory Compiler Specialist

This role requires a seasoned Senior Design Engineer to lead memory compiler and Fast Cache development, focusing on Performance, Power, and Area (PPA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement memory compilers and Fast Cache instances for next-generation Cores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-performance and low-power circuit designs using FinFet technologies.
  • Lead small teams of designers in memory design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Perform simulations and verification to ensure functionality and optimize for power, performance, area, timing, and yield.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SRAM/memory design margin, char, and quality checks.
  • Strong knowledge of physical implementation impact on circuit performance.
  • Good understanding of computer architecture, SRAM architecture, critical path modeling, full cut analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations.
  • Experience with Cadence or Synopsys flows, circuit simulation, and optimization of standard cells.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Some experience working on Cadence or Synopsys flows.
  • Experience with circuit simulation and optimization of standard cells.
