As a Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our contact center solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Maintain CCP
    • Utilize the AWS Management Console to provision and manage the Amazon Connect instance. Monitor and log performance and activity metrics using Amazon CloudWatch.
    • Manage user permissions and access control using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Microservices Integration
    • Use AWS Lambda to execute backend code in response to events. Coordinate microservices into serverless workflows using AWS Step Functions.
  • Amazon Lex Management
    • Build conversational interfaces using voice and text with Amazon Lex. Handle backend integration and fulfillment logic using AWS Lambda.
    • Implement user authentication and authorization using Amazon Cognito.
  • Amazon Kinesis Management
    • Stream real-time data using Amazon Kinesis Data Streams. Process data in real-time using AWS Lambda.
  • AWS Contact Lens Management
    • Analyze customer conversations with machine learning using AWS Contact Lens. Convert speech to text using Amazon Transcribe. Perform natural language processing and sentiment analysis using Amazon Comprehend.
    • Store conversation transcripts and analysis results in Amazon S3.
