As a seasoned tech leader, you'll oversee the development of cutting-edge hiring systems that harness AI and human collaboration. Our platform combines speed and agility with human expertise to streamline the hiring process.

We're seeking an experienced manager who can build and lead high-performing engineering teams, drive product velocity, and foster innovation in our fast-paced startup environment.

  • Lead a world-class engineering team across backend, frontend, AI/ML, and DevOps.
  • Architect, ship, and optimize systems using Java, Spring Boot, Python, Angular, Postgres, NLP, AI Agents, Langchain, LLMs, Voice Agents, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP).
  • Establish high-velocity development practices, balancing scrappy MVPs with long-term stability.
  • Hire and develop top-tier engineers through smart hiring, mentorship, and hands-on code reviews.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to launch new features rapidly and reliably.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of total experience, with at least 2+ years in a tech leadership or team lead capacity.
  • Hands-on skills in backend development (Java/Spring Boot, Python), frontend (Angular/React), and cloud infra (AWS/GCP).
  • Experience in early-stage startups or an entrepreneurial mindset with zero fear of ambiguity.
  • Strong system design and architecture thinking, with an ability to build for today while considering scale.
  • Prior experience working with AI/ML teams, especially with latest AI agentic models, MCP servers.
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves, write code, debug performance issues, and ship fixes rapidly.
  • Hunger to own and build, rather than just manage – you'll be a builder, not a delegator.
