**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for private equity funds. This role involves ensuring compliance with GAAP and fund-specific accounting policies, reviewing and approving work performed by junior team members, and communicating with fund managers and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of accounting and financial reporting for private equity funds
  • Review and approval of work performed by junior team members
  • Communication with fund managers and other stakeholders
  • Preparation of investor reports and presentations
  • Participation in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Process improvement and optimization

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in fund accounting
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and private equity accounting practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills

**Domain Skills:

  • Fund accounting software and systems (e.g., Investran, Geneva)
  • Accounting and regulatory developments
