Interior Design Assistant Position">

As an Interior Design Assistant, you will play a vital role in preparing proposal presentations for clients. This includes creating detailed designs using software such as Canvas 3D and BOQ (Bill of Quantities). You will also be responsible for taking notes during welcome calls with clients and capturing their requirements.

You will work closely with the Principal Designer and Quality Surveyor to determine the scope of services that can be pitched to clients. This may include modular and non-modular services. Your tasks will include site visits, designing KWS line drawings, and preparing request documents for site measurement.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Visiting sites for design initiation purposes
  • Taking note of changes discussed during DKO (Design Kick-Off) presentations
  • Capturing scope of non-modular services in coordination with QS personnel
  • Capturing design inputs from customers
  • Preparing MoMs (Minutes of Meetings)
  • Preparing Canvas 3D and BOQ based on discussions with clients and design inputs collected

You will also be responsible for incorporating design inputs taken during EC (Estimation Committee) walk-throughs into Canvas, preparing MoMs, and sharing these with the PD (Principal Designer). Additionally, you will prepare KWS production drawings needed for final validation and PO raising.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 15 years of academic qualification or relevant interior design background
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience
