We are seeking an experienced technical consultant to support integration and development needs in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk integrations, including JSON/XML-based solutions.
  • Perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
  • Develop and customize RICE components using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.
  • Work on Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, and Advanced Benefits.
  • Build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance.
  • Support data migration activities ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Identify and map configurational data, navigation screens, and backend tables, establishing relationships across scattered data entities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues independently with minimal support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with a strong HRMS focus.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services.
  • Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols, including SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, and SFTP.
  • Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation.
  • Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a freelance/remote setup.
