Senior Architect Position Overview

As a Senior Architect, you will be part of a diverse team dedicated to creating sustainable and innovative designs that enhance spaces and improve lives.

  • Deliver high-quality design and drawing portfolios in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Own statutory drawings for projects across various regions.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and resources.
  • Grow professionally and facilitate the professional growth and development of reporting teams.
  • Provide timely and complete design solutions to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Take responsibility for quality design portfolios of entrusted projects.
  2. Create award-winning creative designs responding to project demands.
  3. Develop comprehensive design portfolios at every stage of the design process with accurate documentation.
  4. Make internal presentations of final signed-off concept designs to stakeholders.
  5. Coordinate with sub-consultants and design support services for fully coordinated designs and portfolios.
  6. Assume responsibility for Edifice's scope related to preparation of statutory submission drawings.
  7. Ensure efficient project delivery aligned with planned resourcing and timelines.
  8. Facilitate personal and team growth by achieving advancement goals and assessing team performance.
  9. Prevent client escalations due to design coordination or documentation errors.
Requirements:

Candidates should have a Bachelor and Master's degree in Interior Design, with 5-10 years of experience in architectural projects using Revit.
