Job Title: Creative Visual Strategist

This is a senior design role that involves creating visually appealing and engaging content to represent the brand identity.

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across digital, print, and packaging platforms to reinforce the brand image.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in design, specifically in consumer branding, beauty, skincare, or FMCG industries. A strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, social media, and packaging is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging assets for social media platforms (reels, carousels, stories, statics) that balance scientific information with creative flair.
  • Designing performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, Amazon ads) that capture attention and drive sales.
  • Collaborating with the product team on new product packaging, ensuring shelf presence and recall.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with Figma/Canva skills being a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also necessary, as the role requires working closely with growth, content, and product teams.
