This strategic role involves leading and growing our global infrastructure presence in Bangalore, driving delivery, talent growth, operational maturity, and modernization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Center & Colocation Strategy
  • Negotiating Corp-Location Connectivity
  • Cloud Operations (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI)

You will partner with global leaders to drive execution, talent development, and operational excellence across infrastructure domains.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or operations
  • At least 5+ years in director-level or senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary infrastructure teams: compute, storage, networking, cloud
  • Strong technical understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud-native platforms/networking, and enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with modern tooling such as Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and observability platforms
  • Experience operating in hybrid cloud environments & networking capabilities across AWS, GCP, Azure, and/or OCI
