Delivering cutting-edge wireless networks requires a skilled professional who can design and implement Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and requirements.
  • Define wireless coverage specifications and select radio solutions as per project needs.
  • Perform RAN network interference analysis and mitigation support, including dimensioning, link budget, coverage planning, and report preparation.
  • Understand spectrum requirements and assist customers in procuring private 5G spectrum on a location-wise basis.
  • Prepare bill of materials (BoM)/bill of quantities (BoQ) as per project requirements and help customers raise purchase orders.
  • Stay up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcase product and solution offerings as per customer business challenges and requirements.
  • Develop technical proposals responses for tenders/RFPs involving private mobile networks.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in RAN engineering.
  • Strong understanding of 5G RAN functionalities and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
