About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RF System Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and validation of RF subsystems and architectures for wireless products.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop RF system architectures, including transceivers, LNAs, PAs, mixers, and filters.
  • Analyze RF signal chains and link budgets at a system level.
  • SUPPORT RF performance simulations using tools like ADS, MATLAB, or SystemVue.
  • Collaborate with IC design teams to guide specifications and performance trade-offs.
  • Assist with RF lab validation, tuning, and characterization using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.
  • SUPPORT antenna integration, RF matching, and coexistence testing.
  • Validate system performance across temperature, process, and voltage corners.
  • Contribute to documentation and compliance testing for regulatory standards.

 

Requirements

  • Detailed understanding of RF fundamentals, wireless system architectures, and analog/mixed-signal design concepts.
  • Experience in RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, CST, MATLAB) and lab validation.
  • Hands-on experience with RF measurement equipment (spectrum analyzer, VNA, oscilloscope, signal generator).
  • Familiarity with wireless protocols such as LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, or UWB.
  • Knowledge of matching networks, S-parameters, impedance tuning, and RF filtering techniques.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python/Matlab) for test automation and data analysis.
