Business Analyst/Scrum Master

About Our Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Scrum Master with a strong background in U.S. healthcare and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation.
  • Leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be detail-oriented with 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
