Job Title: Data Science Lead
We are seeking a seasoned data science expert with extensive experience delivering enterprise-grade AI and machine learning solutions.
About the RoleThis leadership position involves solution architecture, mentoring, and driving data strategy to unlock business value such as enhanced safety, optimized asset utilization, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and ML models – deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning.
- Implement and oversee MLOps practices including CI/CD, container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Manage big data infrastructure and platforms (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).
- Enforce AI ethics, governance, compliance with industry standards, and explainability.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering skill development.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define metrics and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership on AI and ML trends and emerging technologies.
- Master's/Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 12–15 years of AI/ML experience with demonstrable domain expertise.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, Scala, C++, with ML framework mastery.
- Expertise in cloud ML platforms, MLOps, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
