Technical Expert in Dynamics 365

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This individual will possess strong knowledge of the platform, including its various modules and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough requirement gathering to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Prepare technical design documents that outline the solution architecture and technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of solution architecture and design patterns.
  • Utilize Excel add-ins to streamline data management and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data entities, system administration, and project deployment using LCS and Azure DevOps.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of Azure blobs and parallel process development in Logic and function apps. They will also support the development of proposals and statements of work, including drafting estimates of effort and cost.

Key areas of focus include:

  • X++ Development: Strong knowledge of X++ programming language and its applications in Dynamics 365.
  • Functional Extensions: Ability to develop and implement functional extensions, forms, workflows, and reports.
  • Integration: Experience with integrating various connectors and Azure components.
  • Rest Web API and OData Entity: Knowledge of Rest Web API and OData entity development, including event handlers and database design.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to run high-intensity workshops and deliver large-scale implementations.
  • Certification on the latest product at desired levels.
  • Team player with proficiency in delivery methodology (Sure Step Preferable).
