About the Role and Responsibilities

  • Create detailed 2D and 3D visualizations of environments, characters, buildings, vehicles, and props to enhance storytelling and game development.
  • Collaborate with producers, art directors, and game developers to ensure project goals are met and briefs are fulfilled.
  • Research and explore various concept subjects, styles, and genres to inspire creativity and innovation.
  • Respond positively and proactively to feedback from clients and team members, incorporating insights to improve designs.
  • Develop and refine concepts throughout the production process, balancing artistic vision with practical requirements.
  • Utilize traditional and digital tools like Photoshop and SketchUp to create engaging and immersive designs.
  • Present ideas clearly and confidently to clients and the design team, effectively communicating creative vision.
  • Adapt and refine work based on client feedback and design team input, maintaining a commitment to excellence.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration within the team, ensuring seamless workflow and meeting deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in fine art or possess equivalent experience and skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software, including Photoshop and other digital art tools.
  • Display a positive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Exhibit a strong foundation in traditional arts, including color theory, figure drawing, animation, illustration, background layout, and painting.
