Job Title:

Data Engineer

Are you a skilled data professional with a passion for designing and implementing efficient data solutions? Do you have extensive experience in TSQL, SSRS, ETL, Azure data storage, Azure Synapse and data warehousing, Power BI and Azure analytics?

We are seeking an experienced data engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration, reporting, and dashboarding, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Solutions: Develop innovative solutions that meet business needs by analyzing complex data sets and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Implement Warehouse and Reporting Solutions: Implement warehouse and reporting solutions using TSQL, SSRS, and Power BI.
  • Extract Data: Extract data from applications and third-party products using ETL processes.
  • Consolidate Data Sources: Consolidate multiple data sources into a data warehouse and/or data lake using Azure data storage and Synapse.
  • Maintain Accessible Data: Maintain accessible and structured data for reporting purposes.
  • Set Up Dashboards: Set up dashboards and reports in data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Develop Resilient Solutions: Develop resilient, reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions using Azure cloud technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience with SQL Servers and relational databases.
  • Strong Querying Skills: Strong experience with querying and optimizing complex data sets.
  • Expertise in Data Engineering: Expertise in data engineering or related roles.
  • End-to-End Knowledge: End-to-end knowledge from product databases to information visualization.
  • Azure Cloud Technologies: Experience with Azure cloud technologies.
