About the Role:

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Associates. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree or CA Inter and 2-8 years of experience in financial statement analysis, account review, and lease accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time according to client Service Level Agreements
  • Manage assigned client portfolios, motivate teams, and support staff for goal congruence
  • Provide volume-related matrices, staff utilization forecasts, and changes to senior management for correct resourcing levels
  • Seek guidance from Manager in case of sensitive issues
  • Develop knowledge on cross-functional subjects (VAT, Payroll tax, Corp. Tax)
  • Identify key roles within the team and develop succession plans for team members
  • Attend relevant trainings for competence development

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong team-player with experience working in dynamic organizations
  • Solution-oriented with strong Analytical skills, Communication, Presentation skills, and Customer Focus
  • Ability to manage change sensitively and collaboratively
  • Ability to take ownership, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & IFRS
