Experienced Interior Project Manager Wanted

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior projects from planning through handover.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to ensure timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations
  • Liaising with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Reviewing and interpreting design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitoring project timelines, tracking progress, and addressing on-site challenges as they arise
  • Preparing site progress reports and assisting in procurement and material management
  • Providing proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 1-4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills
