Job Title: Technical Lead-Dynamics CRM

We empower financial institutions to become digital leaders by delivering world-class customer journeys in digital and assisted channels.

  • Gather and analyze client requirements to design and implement complex business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Curate and brainstorm approaches to a requirement when needed. Effectively communicate these approaches to stakeholders.
  • Meticulously understand client needs with respect to the business value offered by existing software components and those that require custom development.
  • Estimate efforts around multiple approaches and narrate the pros and cons of each implementation option.
  • Develop and customize various software components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
  • Implement integrations with external systems. Collaborate with project managers, analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to define project goals and objectives.
  • Develop business cases for new projects or enhancements to existing solutions.
  • Analyze client data and create actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, SQL Database, and ADO.NET.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
