We are seeking a skilled professional to join our AI for Delivery team as a Junior Solution Analyst. This role will support the design, configuration, and rollout of AI-enabled solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document requirements, processes, and outputs to drive business outcomes.
  • Support configuration of Copilot Studio agents and prompt editing to enhance AI model performance.
  • Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and refining AI-enabled solutions to meet business needs.
  • Maintain solution documentation and knowledge bases to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
  • Participate in workshops, demos, and adoption activities to promote AI adoption within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or tech support.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP or enterprise software projects.
  • Basic knowledge of AI, automation, or low-code platforms.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with eagerness to learn.
