We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in menu planning, controlling labor and operating expenses, ensuring sanitation standards, and communicating effectively with staff and management.

• Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of all food items.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective organization, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to meet operational needs and attend regular meetings to ensure departmental coordination.

• Creativity, innovative ideas, strong cooking, organizational skills, and people-management abilities.
• Culinary diploma degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury hotel.
