About this role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Developer to lead Solana blockchain development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-performance decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and on-chain programs on the Solana network.
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Guide technical discussions, provide mentorship, and set the software development roadmap for blockchain projects.
  • Document technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across on-chain and off-chain components.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Rust programming language with a strong understanding of its ecosystem.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust development, with at least 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain.
  • Able to guide the development team in writing performant and optimized code in Rust.
  • Hands-on experience building full-stack Solana Web3 applications, from smart contracts to frontend dApps.
  • Proficiency in writing, testing, and deploying Solana smart contracts.
  • Strong understanding of various Token Standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.).
  • Experience with DeFi protocols: DEX aggregators, AMMs, order books, and liquidity management.
  • R&D skills with the ability to prototype quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
