Field Network Specialist Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining broadband connectivity at customer premises, handling fiber splicing, internal wiring, and router configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair broadband connections at customer locations
  • Handle fiber splicing, crimping, internal wiring, and router setup
  • Resolve connectivity issues (fiber cuts, router misconfiguration, cable faults)
  • Maintain network infrastructure to ensure timely service delivery
  • Monitor systems, resolve escalations, and achieve 99.99% uptime

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in field networking and broadband installation
  • Hands-on skills with fiber splicing, OTDR handling, Wi-Fi/router setup and configuration
  • Ability to work on-field (6 days a week) with occasional flexibility for scheduling
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice period preferred
