Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled stress engineer to perform airframe structural analysis and stress calculations using advanced software tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis of aircraft structures using industry-standard software such as MSC Nastran/Patran and Hypermesh.
  • Update and validate finite element models (FEM) using Global Finite Element Methods (GFEM).
  • Perform stress analysis on composite and metallic materials to ensure their integrity and safety.
  • Extract loads from software tools and utilize Excel VBA for automation and reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CAE software such as ISAMI, MSC Nastran/Patran, and Hypermesh.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft structure design and analysis principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
