We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Project Manager to lead Advanced Analytics initiatives at AGCO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to execution, monitoring, and final delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of analytics project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, and incorporating feedback into project plans.
  • Leverage prior experience as a data scientist or data analyst to guide the team in developing robust and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all analytics deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Promote best practices in project management and analytics, driving continuous improvement in processes and methods.

Your Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering, economics, business disciplines, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience in the automotive, heavy machinery, agriculture machinery, FMCG, B2C, or similar industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end Analytics/Data Science implementation and associated experience is mandatory.
  • Fluent in the English language, oral and written, is essential; other languages are an advantage.
