Job Description - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead Developer

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead Developer

Program Overview:
As a Dynamics CRM Lead Developer, you will become part of our DEV team, creating and supporting applications in various environments. You must have a strong understanding of data analytics related to MS SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate user requirements into application, workflow, and database configurations within the context of a configurable CRM application.
  • Develop strong skills in Microsoft Excel, data management, and data integration with the ability to organize, analyze, and correlate data information.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organize, analyze, and correlate data and information.
  • Collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment with organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and a Lead role.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, entity model, security model, and Web services.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and modules.
  • Skills in CRM processes in the Insurance industry, preferably P&C (Property and Casualty).
  • Experience with ASP.NET, MVC 4.0, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, ADO.NET.
  • Experience with DevOps and Agile-Scrum.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience.
  • Building and deploying Dynamics 365 packages in development, testing, and production environments.
