Key Responsibilities
  • Lead production teams to manage quality, production availability, manufacturing efficiency targets, and Social & Environmental Affairs.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior teams to achieve highest levels of performance possible.
  • Contribute to production directives and operational direction.
  • Ensure goals are achieved while following standards and directives from HQ and external parties.
  • Influence factory teams and drive quality mindset.
  • Develop and coach team members to ensure high standards of performance, skill sets, and succession plans are in place.

Key Relationships

Global Sourcing, Suppliers, Product Teams, Factory Development teams, Sample Room Head, and other functional teams.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Proven experience in production and quality areas.
  • Strong Project Management capabilities, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent influencing, people, presentation, and written/spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams across business units and/or functions.
  • Strong MS Office Skills and fluency in English.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • University degree in engineering or related areas.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in another function outside Manufacturing.
