Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst

Hiring for a senior position in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global client's process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly reports on key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis require detailed explanations and commentaries on business drivers.
  • Comparing actual results with plans and forecasts involves evaluating financial performance through data mining and business intelligence.
  • Analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements helps understand key business drivers.
  • Preparing ad hoc financial/management reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information from various systems and drill downs into financial data.
  • Financial data analysis and creating financial models support decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-12 years of experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting roles.
  • Independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting experience is required.
  • Strong skills in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Management Reporting, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.
  • Good knowledge and working experience on enterprise software systems like PeopleSoft is beneficial.
  • Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
