Job Opportunity:

The warehouse team requires an experienced and skilled professional to ensure the efficient processing of goods in our warehouse. This role plays a vital part in maintaining timely and organized inventory management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
  2. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movement, and discrepancies.
  3. Ensure timely inward and outward movements of materials according to supply chain and distribution schedules.
  4. Support the logistics manager in coordinating daily operational activities and workflow.
  5. Monitor and report any discrepancies for corrective actions.
  6. Guarantee proper handling, labeling, and storage of products to meet quality standards.
  7. Compile and update regular inventory reports.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
  9. Adhere to safety, security, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Detailed knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain, and distribution processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent coordination and collaboration skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations within supply chain and distribution industry
