Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Professional

A seasoned professional in Oracle Fusion SCM will lead the implementation of tailored solutions to optimize clients' supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, application configuration, testing, and training for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
  • Independently manage the SCM track, interact with clients, and conduct business requirement and training sessions.
  • Conduct CRP, UAT & SIT sessions with clients/stakeholders.
  • Implement SCM Cloud, configure workflows, issue resolution, and customization across modules.
  • Understand end-to-end P2P or O2C cycle and Supply Chain processes thoroughly.
  • Excellent communication and strong client-facing skills are required.
  • Experience working with Oracle support for issue resolutions is essential.
  • Experience in SCM data upload/migration (FBDI & ADFDi) and resolving related issues is a must.
  • Support period closure activities effectively.
  • High-level knowledge of end-to-end integrations between SCM modules and other modules (e.g., Projects, Procurement, Financials, HCM) is necessary.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.
