Job Title: Visionary Architect

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed design briefs to stakeholders.
  • Promote innovative architectural solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate plan submissions and ensure timely approvals from relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate with external consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Oversee design coordination with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architecture.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes.
  • Proven ability to lead design development and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on hospitality projects.
