We are seeking a versatile visual designer to craft compelling content for financial topics. This role entails designing engaging visuals for various social media platforms, developing and maintaining the brand's visual identity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create eye-catching Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, creatives, and WhatsApp broadcast art that capture users' attention.
  • Elevate and refine the social brand guidelines, typography, color palette, iconography, and illustration style to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Translate complex content briefs into clear visual narratives, data-driven visuals, and memorable memes that educate and entertain audiences.
  • Produce lightweight motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions) and edit simple reels when needed to enhance the visual storytelling experience.
  • Analyze performance metrics (shares, saves, CTR, watch time) and iterate on designs through rapid A/B tests (e.g., two thumbnail variants) to optimize results.
  • Rapidly respond to news-driven events without compromising clarity or brand tone to keep the audience engaged.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social design for consumer brands or media companies, preferably in the finance/fintech sector.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Instagram-first work (carousels, thumbnails, short-form graphics, data illustrations) that demonstrates expertise in visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator); basic knowledge of After Effects/Premiere for motion graphics.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights through clean, digestible graphics.
  • Solid understanding of typography & layout fundamentals, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  • Capacity to work efficiently in fast-paced sprints, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience designing for WhatsApp campaigns and YouTube (thumbnails that drive CTR).
  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Runway) to streamline workflows.
  • Basic illustration skills (simple, on-brand characters/icons).
