  • Create captivating outlet collaterals, including menus, packaging, posters, social media creatives, and in-store branding that reflect the brand's unique personality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements across all marketing materials.
  • Breathe new life into brand guidelines by developing fresh, creative assets while maintaining functionality and print-readiness.
  • Design digital assets for social media, newsletters, and other online platforms as needed.
  • Negotiate with printers, vendors, and production teams to guarantee high-quality output that exceeds expectations.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate 2-4 years of experience in design, preferably within food and beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Showcase expertise in preparing print-ready files and working with vendors.
  • Maintain a portfolio showcasing relevant design work, including collaterals, branding, menus, and packaging.
