This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Technical Support Specialist.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our business users. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and 0-6 months of IT support experience. You will also need to be proficient in Windows 10, 11 and Linux operating systems, and have good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

You will work closely with internal IT teams to provide detailed documentation on tickets, provide access to applications in the production environment, and help process security forms. Additionally, you will submit application and network performance KPIs, and ensure timely resolution of service center tickets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to business users through remote access software
  • Identify, research, and communicate on technical issues and drive them towards resolution
  • Operate in 24x7 rotational shifts
  • Respond to telephone calls and emails for technical and functional support
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
  • 0-6 months of IT support experience and/or call center experience
  • Windows 10, 11 and Linux support
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English language
