We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in Chennai. Our ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in quality control or assurance, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering disciplines.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving product quality, implementing quality assurance systems, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections
  • Coordinate with production for corrective actions
  • Maintain quality reports
  • Support continuous improvement activities
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in quality control or assurance
  • Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering discipline
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ISO standards, quality tools (like 7QC, CAPA, RCA)
  • Inspection techniques, and report preparation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on shop floor and documentation experience
  • Candidates with short notice availability are welcome
