Leading a team of data experts requires strategic vision and technical expertise. This role demands a strong foundation in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) with a focus on production projects.

  • Develop, implement, and optimize ML/DL models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand specific requirements and design effective ML solutions.
  • Continuously analyze and improve the performance of existing ML/DL models by refining algorithms and tuning hyperparameters.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML, DL, NLP, and computer vision solutions using Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.

Achieving expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), MLOps, API development (FastAPI), and deployment using Docker/Kubernetes is essential for this position. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in conducting research on the latest trends in Analytics, ML, AI, computer vision, and NLP, and incorporating new findings into the development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in ML and DL with hands-on experience in production projects.
  • Proficient in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.
  • Experience in developing and deploying ML, DL, NLP, and computer vision solutions.
