The position of Technical Leadership Software Engineer is responsible for the implementation and design of software application subsystems and services. This role will lead small to medium-sized development projects from concept to delivery, guiding teams through the development process.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Analyzes business requirements to create Functional Specifications and implements software designs in line with company objectives.">">
  3. Provides accurate estimates of project progress and reports on a regular basis to management.">
  4. Liaises with product management, quality assurance, and system architects to ensure that code developed meets system requirements and design standards.">
  5. Participates in code reviews and provides technical assistance to junior developers.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 9+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud (Mongo DB preferred) technologies.">
  • 7+ years of experience working in multi-tier distributed architecture environments.">
  • 7+ years of experience using standard software development tools, collaboration tools, IDE's, testing, revision control, and project management tools.">
  • 7+ years of experience using REST APIs.">
  • Experience working with SQL and Non-SQL databases.">
  • Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization techniques.">
  • Basic understanding of multi-threading and concurrency concepts.">
  • Agile development methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).">
