Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IAM Security Specialist to join our team in designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions that protect our organization's critical information assets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement IAM solutions, including identity governance, access management, and privileged access management.
  • System Integration: Integrate IAM systems with existing infrastructure and applications, ensuring seamless and secure access.
  • Policy Development: Create and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • User Management: Oversee user lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control.
  • Security Monitoring: Monitor IAM systems for security incidents and vulnerabilities and respond to threats in a timely manner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide IAM solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest IAM technologies and trends and recommend improvements to enhance security and efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in IAM or related fields, with a solid understanding of IAM principles and technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of troubleshooting complex IAM issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing access controls and security measures.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
